Step 1: A preliminary meeting where we will discuss your needs as an investor or home buyer and develop a suitable financial plan.

Step 2: I will email you listings that suit your particular needs for your feedback. We will continually refine the search criteria based on our communication with you. Once you have developed a comfort level with the listings and the market in general, we will begin to visit the listings that meet your criteria.

Step 3: This process will continue until we are able to focus on the particular home or investment that is comfortable for you. And there is no rush. We will proceed at whatever pace suits you.

Step 4: Once we find your ideal home or investment, the process with be turned over to me. This is where I excel. Getting the absolute best deal possible for you.

Step 5: We have long-term relationships with numerous financial institutions and experts who we will introduce you to, so that you are guaranteed the best financial rates and terms.

Step 6: Enjoy your new home or profitable new investment! And remember, we can also find the perfect tenant for your investment property.

SELLING A HOME

Are you ready to sell your home or investment? Together we will take the following steps to maximize your financial return.

Step 1: First meeting. We will meet to develop a strategic marketing plan personalized for you, Including pricing assessment and showing strategy for your home or investment property.

Step 2: Shortly after. After your listing has been signed, we will assist you in staging the property to maximize its desirability.

Step 3: Shortly after. We will prepare all the necessary brochures and features sheets along with the use of professional digital photography of your home or investment property.

Step 4: Within one week. The showings begin. We will host an Agent’s Open House during the week followed up by a Public Open House on the weekend.

Step 5: Week two and onward. We will be accepting offers. Usually the home or investment will be sold within a week, at a price that is desirable to you. And if it is not, together we can reassess the marketing strategy, including digital and newspaper advertising and re-evaluate the pricing.
